For custom-made pieces, we apply a minimum order of 12 pieces to ensure the highest quality and precision.

As a private person, you cannot buy products directly from us. All purchases are always made via an authorised dealer.

Shipping costs depend on the order amount and the country of delivery. You can find the shipping costs applicable to your situation in the table below.

For orders above a certain amount, we offer free shipping. These thresholds are also included in the table.

For countries not present in the list, costs will be considered on a project-by-project basis.

Yes, returns are possible for certain products, depending on their condition and the date of delivery.

Kindly include the following information in your request:

• Your order confirmation number or delivery note number.

Please note:

• Custom-made products cannot be returned.

• An administration fee will be charged to process the return.

This page lists all our available finishes. Not every finish is available as standard for every product, but we are happy to look at the possibilities upon request.

Our products are suitable for outdoor use provided certain finishes are chosen.

*: These products will eventually acquire a patina.

Quincalux always supplies the necessary fasteners for mounting the products.

No locks are included with our products as standard. A lock can only be ordered as an option for the flush pulls.

Our handles are compatible with locks using a standard 8×8 mm or 7×7 mm spindle.

Most rosaces include an integrated spring system. For thin rosaces, no spring is integrated; a strong lock is therefore required.

If your project requires a different spindle size for our handles, please contact Quincalux. For lock advice, we recommend a specialized hardware store.
