For custom-made pieces, we apply a minimum order of 12 pieces to ensure the highest quality and precision.

As a private person, you cannot buy products directly from us. All purchases are always made via an authorised dealer.

Our products can be viewed in various showrooms. Besides our own showroom, you can also view them at several authorised distributors near you.

Shipping costs depend on the order amount and the country of delivery. You can find the shipping costs applicable to your situation in the table below.

For orders above a certain amount, we offer free shipping. These thresholds are also included in the table.

For countries not present in the list, costs will be considered on a project-by-project basis.

Yes, returns are possible for certain products, depending on their condition and the date of delivery.

Kindly include the following information in your request:

• Your order confirmation number or delivery note number.
  
• The quantity of products you wish to return.
  

Please note:

• Custom-made products cannot be returned.

• An administration fee will be charged to process the return.

This page lists all our available finishes. Not every finish is available as standard for every product, but we are happy to look at the possibilities upon request.

Our products are suitable for outdoor use provided certain finishes are chosen.

*: These products will eventually acquire a patina.

The maintenance of our products depends on the chosen finish.

Quincalux always supplies the necessary fasteners for mounting the products.

No locks are included with our products as standard. The exception is the Osaka collection's recessed handle with lock, which comes with a lock as standard.
