Satin brass not varnished

Satin unlacquered brass is a refined finish that combines the warm, golden appearance of solid brass with a subtly matte texture. The surface achieves a soft, silky shine that highlights the natural beauty of the brass, without a protective lacquer.

Since it is unlacquered, the material develops a natural patina over time, giving the brass a unique, authentic character and enhancing its aged charm.

Outdoor use is possible, but the material will patinate.

This finish is only available upon request.

Must be maintained properly after installation. This can be done with a clean cloth and some silver or coper polish. A patine can occur on the handles if they are not properly maintained.
With any damage or scratch, corrosion can occur on the brass. Corrosion can also occur on the door handles in an acidic, salty environment.(E.g. Sea climate, new constructionsites)
